BehaviorSchool Supervision collects account details, supervision profile information, fieldwork records, session notes, task-list progress, and Study integration data that users choose to connect.

We use this information to operate supervision workflows, calculate monthly fieldwork readiness, prepare supervisor review surfaces, maintain audit trails, and improve product reliability.

Sharing and Access

Supervisee records are visible to linked supervisors and authorized product systems needed to run the service. We do not sell supervision records or Study performance data.

Security and Retention

We use authentication, role-aware access checks, and hosted infrastructure controls to protect records. Users should avoid entering protected health information unless their organization has confirmed the appropriate agreement and workflow.
